For use on wounds with moderate levels of exudate, superficial wounds and
non-infected wounds. Used in all phases of wound healing - ulcers, burns and scalds (3rd degree: following surgical
debridement), skin graft sites, post-operative wounds. The PU membrane
repels bacteria and fluids. Maintains a moist wound healing environment
and thereby assists the natural healing process Dressing change
interval:. To be determined by the individual wound condition, degree of
exudate, and secondary dressing used, but no longer than 5-7 days. Change the dressing immediately when the wound edges begin to discolour.
The dressing should overlap the wound edges by approx. 2cm. Non-adhesive.
