Single lumen polyurethane catheter with multiple fenestrations up to the 15cm mark. Use for pyothorax, pneumothorax, emergency peritoneal lavage and as a pericardial drain. Insert using the catheter-over-guide wire technique (see Mila website). Includes a normally-closed bidirectional valve with luer adapters to prevent air from entering the chest. An additional suture wing is supplied for secure adjustment and attachment kit includes introducers, 60cm guidewire, catheter, suture wings, normally closed valve and tethered cap.
