A PTFE catheter with distal sideholes for the drainage or administration of fluids. The highly lubricious catheter shaft material ensures ease of catheter placement, and the low profile silicone hub enables syringe attachment for flushing or connection to a closed collection system. Suture holes in the silicone hub allow securing of the catheter to the prepuce. Individual sterile pack. (Stylet not supplied). WARNING: These PTFE catheters are recommended by the manufacturer only for short termuse up to 6 hours. Cats must be carefully observed as it is possible for the hub and catheter components to separate. If extended catheterisation is needed a silicone catheter should be used.
