This handy drain tube was originally designed for teats but is also ideal for aural haematomas. Insert the drain into the distal portion of the haematoma, holding it in place with the twin wings. A finger trap suture can be added for increased security if desired. The twist-off cap allows the haematoma to be drained at your convenience and kept sealed to reduce leakage.
